How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched from Ahmedabad within 1–2 working days. Metro cities usually receive delivery in 3–5 working days; other pin codes take 5–8 working days. You’ll get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel ships.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD is available across serviceable pin codes in India. You can also pay by UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, credit card, debit card or net banking.
How do I pick the right size?
Every product page carries a size chart with garment measurements in inches. If you’re between sizes or unsure, WhatsApp us at +91 98251 22278 with your usual size and we’ll advise honestly — we’d rather you order once than return twice.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within the window set out in our Refund Policy, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags attached. Start a return by emailing sales@purvacreation.in or messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. If the parcel hasn’t been handed to the courier, we can usually amend or cancel it. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?

Can I visit the showroom instead of ordering online?
Please do. Our New Vadaj showroom is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM — you’re welcome to check the fabric and try the fit in person.
