Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Purva Creation online store and any purchase you make from us. Please read them before ordering.

1. About us

This website is operated by Purva Creation, a retailer of western wear, kurtis, co-ord sets, lounge wear, casual wear, cotton wear and kids wear, with its place of business at L-4, Lower Floor, Vijay House, Below Parth Tower, Nr. Mangalam Show Room, New Vadaj, Ahmedabad – 380013, Gujarat, India. Our GSTIN is 24AMGPM4464Q3ZF.

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Purva Creation, and “you” refers to the visitor or customer.

2. Acceptance of terms

By browsing this store, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method chosen.

4. Products, colours and descriptions

We photograph every garment as faithfully as we can. However, colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your device, its calibration and your lighting. Minor variation in shade, print placement or weave is inherent to textile production and is not a defect.

Measurements in our size charts are garment measurements and may vary by up to an inch due to the nature of cutting and stitching fabric. We reserve the right to correct any error in a product description, image, specification or price.

5. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time you complete checkout.
• Shipping charges and any COD handling fee are shown separately at checkout before payment.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the delivery address is not serviceable, or the order appears fraudulent or is placed for resale without our agreement.

7. Payment

We accept UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes. All electronic payments are handled by third-party PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.

8. Shipping, returns and cancellation

Delivery timelines, charges and serviceability are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility and refund timelines are set out in our Refund & Return Policy. Order cancellation is governed by our Cancellation Policy. Each of those policies forms part of these terms.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate an account that is being misused or used in breach of these terms.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to: breach any law or regulation; infringe our intellectual property or that of anyone else; upload malicious code; scrape, harvest or mine data; interfere with the security or operation of the site; or submit false, misleading or abusive content.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site — the Purva Creation name and logo, product photography, garment designs, prints, illustrations, text, layout and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Purva Creation and protected under Indian intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

12. Customer reviews and submissions

If you post a review, photograph or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.

13. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites and services, including WhatsApp and payment providers. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purva Creation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from any product purchased. Our total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, flood, fire, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strike, courier disruption, power failure, internet outage or government action.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purva Creation, its proprietors and employees against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

17. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

19. Grievance redressal

For any complaint or concern relating to your order, this site, or these terms, contact us at sales@purvacreation.in or +91 98251 22278, Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within a reasonable period.
