Purva Creation respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Identity and contact details — name, email address, phone number.
• Delivery details — shipping and billing address, PIN code, landmark.
• Order information — items purchased, sizes, order value, order history.
• Communications — messages you send us by contact form, email or WhatsApp.
• Account details — if you create an account, your login credentials in encrypted form.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser type, operating system, screen size.
• IP address and approximate location (city or state level).
• Pages viewed, products browsed, time on site, referring website.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Payment information

We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking credentials on our servers. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We receive only a confirmation of payment status and a masked reference.

3. How we use your information

• To process, pack, ship and deliver your order.
• To send order confirmations, dispatch alerts and tracking updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To handle returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations.

• Our ecommerce platform (Shopify) and hosting providers — to run this store.
• Communication tools — email and SMS providers used to send order updates.

6. Cookies

Our store runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel who need it to do their work. While we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to retain it.
• Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.

10. Marketing communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in at checkout, we may send you new arrivals, offers and festival collection updates. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to SMS or WhatsApp messages. Order-related messages are transactional and will continue regardless.

11. Children’s privacy

We sell kids wear, but our store is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

Our site may link to WhatsApp and other external services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read their policies before sharing information with them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated to you where required by law.
